Open plan lounge/kitchen /diner, with stairs leading to 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4).

CAWBURN COTTAGE
Open plan lounge/kitchen /diner, with stairs leading to 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 + 1 small).

Bedroom 2 - 1 double plus 1 single
Bedroom 3 - 1 double
Bathroom/WC - Bath with shower over
GARDENS
Each cottage has a private enclosed garden to the rear with patio area, table/chairs, and an assortment of planters. BBQ available on request.
LINEN
Each of the beds are fitted with continental quilts, complete with covers and two pillows.
We also provide sheets. pillow cases, personal towels and tea towels.

The cottages have full oil central heating and a combi boiler for instant hot water.
Controls for this is left to the guests discretion - fair usage please.
